How to validate a redactor answer?

Under "By Redactors," you will see all responses prepared by a native professional editor.

The Google Translate button allows you to translate the review and the suggested response into your chosen platform language. You can modify the response by clicking on the pencil. You can also ask our AI assistant to improve or change the response by providing specific instructions using the “Enrich with AI” option. Please note that these instructions should be written either in English or in the language of the original review.

Please note that we always write responses in the original language of the review, as this has a greater impact on future reservations.

If you are satisfied with the response, you can immediately "Validate" it, and we will publish it—provided you have granted us the necessary authorization.

If you would like to ask the redactor to modify the response or inform our team about outdated or context-specific details, simply click "Send Message to Redactor Team." Your review will be handled with urgency, and you will receive a revised response shortly.

If you prefer to "ignore" a review, simply click on the three dots in the upper right corner. The review will then be moved to the bin.

How to validate an AI answer?

Under "By AI," you will see all responses prepared by the Hotelspeaker AI.

The Google Translate button allows you to translate the review and the suggested response into your chosen platform language.

Our platform will suggest various response options for the opening line, closing line, and body. You can explore the different options by clicking on the arrows.

  • If you'd like to edit your own response, click on "Edit" and select your preferred suggested AI response as a base and adapt the text. Once you click on "Edit," you'll notice that you are now in editing mode, clearly marked by a green indicator beside it.

  • You can also ask our AI assistant to improve or change the response by providing specific instructions using the “Enrich with AI” option. Please note that these instructions should be written either in English or in the language of the original review. Once you're satisfied with your response, click "Validate," and we will publish it.

  • If you'd like a native editor to craft a response, simply click "Send Message to Redactor Team" and provide your specific instructions. Your request will be prioritized, and you'll receive a response from the editor shortly ("By redactors").

  • If you prefer to "ignore" a review, simply click on the three dots in the upper right corner. The review will then be moved to the bin.

If you are satisfied with the selected option, you can click "Publish" immediately, and we will post it—.
