How to update my establishment information?

We take pride in offering personalized service and encourage our clients to provide as much detailed and up-to-date information as possible. If there are any changes or updates you'd like to share proactively, please let us know via the chat (bottom left corner) or reach out to us at hq@hotelspeaker.com!

You can also update your notes on the go by providing feedback on the proposed answers.

For redactor responses, click on "Send message to the redactor team" and share your updated information. We will prioritize the review, provide you with a revised response incorporating the updated details, and ensure your establishment's information is accurately updated.

For AI responses, find the "Need correction for AI response" button on the top right of the review answer box

Choose "Outdated establishment information" as reason for the correction needed. The review will be sent back and will be treated URGENTLY & a new corrected answer will be proposed. Your establishment data will be updated.

Additional context can be provided in the Information field.

Please note that the provided information is used to correct errors or enhance your establishment's details. Situational remarks (e.g., "We hope you recovered from your flu") are not considered. However, you can always request a Redactor to incorporate this additional information into the response.

To request a redactor's response, click on "Send message to the redactor team" (below the response `proposal box) and include any additional information you'd like to share.
