At HotelSpeaker, our mission is to craft highly personalized responses that have the greatest impact on future reservations. To make this possible, we create a unique AI persona for each establishment.
You can enhance your AI persona's information at any time. This can be done proactively via the chat. You can include brand guidelines, specific instructions, or generic updates (breakfast, parking info etc).
You can also refine your AI persona in real-time by and selecting outdated etsablishment information.
With the establishment settings, you can specify whether you allow us to use humour and/or emoticons.
