Find the Need correction for AI response button on the top right of the review answer box
Mention the reason for the correction needed. The review will be sent back and will be treated URGENTLY & a new corrected answer will be proposed. Your establishment data will be updated.
Possible reasons are :
Wrong language : this could happen if the OTA has incorrectly categorized the review's language
Outdated establishment information : the response was generated using outdated information. A new response will be created with the updated details, and your establishment's information will be refreshed accordingly.

Additional context can be provided in the Information field.
Please note that the provided information is used to correct errors or enhance your establishment's details. Situational remarks (e.g., "We hope you recovered from your flu") are not considered. However, you can always request a Redactor to incorporate this additional information into the response.
To request a redactor's response, click on "Send message to the redactor team" (below the response `proposal box) and include any additional information you'd like to share.
